On August 13, between 2 a.m. and 3:10 a.m., the suspect broke into a building at the marina, twice, through an unsecured door, before entering seven boats, as well, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
The suspect, Naggassi Dufera, eventually left the marina and no property was reported missing in law enforcement's investigation, authorities said.
